Shirt, Short & hat set

What are you most proud of? getting the collar right and orange topstitching - first time I have tried contrasting stitching and I am pleased with how straight and neat it is. What advice would you give someone starting this project? be careful of streaching elastic - also mothers seem to want clothes in sizes that are too big so they will last more than one season.
