By adding three-dimensional decor items to a traditional round layered cake, you will be able to create depth without the need to sculpt cake. Rachael will take you step by step through creating a little lamb, an adorable bunny, a fluffy chicken, and a sweet kitty. Along the way she will give you alternative design options for making and adding each individual element for these cakes. You will learn her tricks for making these designs efficiently, cutting objects with straight and soft edges, and how to use wires or dowels to add structure. Then learn how to make a few accessories to add even more depth to each cake design.
