Megan Joy received her training from Chicago's prestigious French Pastry School where she trained with notable chefs including Jacquy Pfeiffer, Dimitri Fayard and fellow Craftsy instructor En-Ming Hsu. She has worked under Food Network star Rahm Fama and pastry chef Francois Payard, and served as executive pastry chef at Kelly Liken's namesake restaurant.
