Much better (and healthier) than takeout, this quick and easy dish features fluffy white rice that’s tossed with seared chicken, colorful vegetables, and a sweet-and-salty blend of soy sauce, Chinese wine, and honey. Serves 4
Reminiscent of chicken parmesan, but without the heavy egg/flour coating, this chicken is seasoned with garlic and parmesan cheese and seared until golden brown. Served with a satiny lemon-butter sauce, it’s the ultimate restaurant-quality dish you can make in your own kitchen. Serves 4
You'll want to spoon this garlic cream sauce over everything, especially because it has just three ingredients! Plus, I have a trick for the most tender steak you will ever eat, involving a quick marinade of cornstarch, vinegar, and baking soda (watch it fizz as it tenderizes the meat)! Serves 4
Talk about an affordable meal! Instant ramen packets are only about 20 cents each and can be found in pantries everywhere. For the rest of the ingredients, all you need is a bit of ground beef and a few kitchen staples. This dish works well with ground chicken and ground turkey too. Serves 4
The flavor of fajitas really shines through in this salmon, and my fajita marinade/glaze is super easy to make with pantry staples. Sure, you can buy a packet of fajita marinade, but I think you'll find my glaze is insanely flavorful, and it’s easy enough that you can make it any night of the week. Serves 4
The aroma of this dish alone is guaranteed to rock your world. When the sherry hits the pan, the essence of the mushrooms, garlic, and thyme is catapulted through the air. This creamy mushroom gravy is so good, you might even be tempted to lick the spatula. Serves 4

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a stockpile of quick and easy dishes that, from start to finish, are ready in 30 minutes or less? We certainly thought so! Each lesson in this class features a mouthwatering dish made with everyday ingredients that can be ready in under 30 minutes. We’re creating six incredible, weeknight-friendly dishes that your friends and family will adore. Flavors span the globe, yet every ingredient can be found in your neighborhood grocery store.

We start with Honey-Soy Chicken Fried Rice, a salty/sweet/savory blast of color and flavor. Skip the greasy takeout and enjoy this totally wholesome, completely amazing, homemade meal in minutes. Next, it’s my Lemon Butter Chicken, a dish featuring golden brown, parmesan-dusted chicken that’s pan-seared until fabulous, then drizzled with a tangy-sweet lemon butter sauce. Lesson three is for my beef lovers! We’re making Steaks with Garlic Cream Sauce — juicy thin steaks, seared for one minute, then smothered with a velvety, garlicky cream sauce made with just three ingredients. Dinner will be ready in minutes and you’ll be licking your plate clean. We’re sticking with beef in lesson four and whipping up Ground Beef Ramen. This isn’t your average instant ramen dish. Imagine slick noodles, flavored with onions, garlic, and teriyaki-style beef. This easy dish is healthy, family-friendly, and ready in about 20 minutes. Lesson five will astound my salmon lovers as we make Fajita Salmon, an easy sheet pan meal that boasts all the smoky-sweet fajita flavors you crave, baked into a delicious salmon. The fish is perfectly moist, and the coating is delightfully caramelized. In lesson six, we’re making Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Mushroom Gravy, a one-pan meal that boasts seared pork medallions that are braised in a creamy, sherry-infused mushroom gravy. The ingredient list is short, the process is easy, and the dish is totally crowd-pleasing.
