Father Dominic Garramone is a monk of Saint Bede Abbey in Peru, Illinois. Affectionately known as the Bread Monk, Fr. Dominic shares his knowledge of all things bread through church workshops, cookbooks, culinary demonstrations and the PBS show "Breadhead Minutes." His travels around the United States have allowed him to inspire every age and level of baker at local high schools, L'Ecole Culinaire, the Home Baking Association and more. He enjoys sharing his mantra, "It's bread, it's gonna forgive you!" with every student.
