Reversible Tote Bags and Zippered Pouch

What are you most proud of? I was happy to use most of the fabric from my leftover pile from other projects, and that I was able to match the fronts of the zippered pouches so that the pattern continues, even though interrupted by the zipper. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Start with the Reversible Tote Bag, as that is easier, and gives you a better idea about doing linings and turning things inside out, without stitching yourself into a corner!

Q&A with DonnaDeCourcy

Teresa Maria asked:
Nice work, I like the way you matched up the prints. Love that tapestry fabric!!
DonnaDeCourcy answered:
It matches my couch!!
Davesmom asked:
Looks like some great Christmas gifts! eh? It is a nice way to use up scraps. Nice going!!
DonnaDeCourcy answered:
Thanks! My mum had given me a box of fabric, so I have used a lot of it for the linings. It feels good to make use of leftovers. My Granny would be proud!
