This pattern is made to resemble a plush version of a fried takoyaki or octopus ball. This is a Japanese snack of a ball of batter filled with octopus that is then fried and covered in a delicious sauce with bonito flakes for a topping. This plush is made from fleece, so it's a great project for beginners and comes out looking especially smooth and soft. The project requires some skill in applique, but the pattern includes an entire section on how to sew the applique features in lots of different ways that will fit your skill level! Items made with this pattern can be used for both personal and commercial use as long as you credit my website, www.cholyknight.com :) BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Fusible web applique Darts Curved sewing Embroidery Ladder stitch Intricate sewing; tight corners SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 4" x 4" x 4"
