Fiber Art Project 3 - 16"x18"

Project Description

What are you most proud of? I completed a couple projects that I began months ago. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Fiber Art requires patience and a variety of threads and materials.

This is absolutely GORGEOUS!! I love the colors, and the hand stitching is beautiful. Gives me some ideas for my own project!

Thank you, Deb. That's what I love about these courses. You can get inspiration from the projects of others.

I love what you have done. I have chosen orange fabric for my project that i am about to start. Looking at your work has help me visalize what colour can be used. Thank you. Greta work. Jo:-)
Arlene C answered:
Thanks, Jo. I love doing these projects because they are so much fun and as Carol Ann says, "there are no mistakes."
karen1sews asked:
love it. I so want to learn how to do this.
Arlene C answered:
Karen, I hope you have signed up to take this course, you will gain the confidence to try something you've never done before.
Pam NZ asked:
Oh well done! Its 4am and I can't sleep... am about to start my stitch dictionary and you've just made my day with this and your other piece! Gotta go... my sewing machine awaits LOL!
Arlene C answered:
Pam, you are so funny!!! I always love reading your comments. I need to make another stitch bible for my other sewing machine and just can't seem to get motivated. The most tedious part for me on all these projects is ironing the interfacing on to the fabric. I love the sewing and even the hand-stitching. Enjoy your day!!!
