Christmas Gifts table runner

What are you most proud of? All the work I did! And I can sew straight seams better now, it was a lot of practice! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make a present, lay it on your table, figure out how many presents you need. We put 2 1/2" strips between the presents. Cut the present squares first, cut each in half, sew in the ribbon strips. Cut it square (Granny used the rotary cutter.) Sew white blocks on the top and bottom, cut the sides evenly. Sew strips between the tall presents. Make tubes, fold and sew at the bottom to make floppy bows.
