PATTERN DETAILS

This is a series for my 2014 Block of the Month called Little Treasures. While this block is not for a beginner in applique, the block does offer everything required for a beginner to create the doll block. Artwork for this series of blocks is by Graphics and Graphics http://www.graphicsandgraphics.com This is not a BOM that will end with a quilt, it is a series of block patterns where at the end of the BOM, some suggestions for layouts will be given, but it will be up to you to finish them with a quilt or your project. These are large enough blocks you could simply make small wallhangings with the blocks. This block also features machine embroidery techniques PES and HUS files are included in the zip file, if you need another format, please feel free to contact me with your largest hoop size for your machine. To do embroidery by machine technique, a tutorial is shown on my website at Seams To Be Sew, and url is listed in pdf file for the tutorial pages. You do NOT need to have a machine embroidery sewing machine to create this block. Everything is included to do it by normal applique methods by hand or machine. If you are from Europe, please purchase your patterns from my Payhip store: https://payhip.com/seamstobesew While I am not an Italian, we have been honored to be able to live overseas now for the last ten years. I have also lived in various parts of Germany. It gives you a wonderful perspective on living with other cultures and learning to adapt to them. I am a quilter at heart, however, sewing has been apart of my life since I was 15 years old. Having learned from a generous lady who was my best friends sister has given me the ability to grow and learn thru trying various sewing techniques thru the years. You can find my blog at http://www.seamstobesew.com along with many other free patterns not featured on Craftsy. Need to reach me, email me at seamstobesew@gmail.com
