What are you most proud of? Getting the sauce right.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I thought timing the food was the most difficult thing. Finishing two dishes so that they were both warm was challenging. I also had to add a little flour to the lemon-caper sauce to thicken it Don't skip on the lemon zest--made the sauce.

Oh, yum, look at your feast! Both the chicken and the pasta look delicious. You must have had a fairly big crowd, yes? And I know what you mean about juggling the timing. That really is a challenge for anyone...something to think about with menu planning. And lemon zest rocks. It's my secret ingredient for just about everything!
