Vining lace patterns circle this neckwarmer and mitt set in two sizes (S, L) to knit with soft worsted-weight yarn. The neckwarmer features a buttoned closure and the mitts have a sculpted thumb gusset for a beautiful fit. Substituting yarn and/or needles may result in an overall variation in size. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY knit. purl, increasing/decreasing, buttonholes GAUGE neckwarmer: 16 sts and 24 rows = 4 inches in stockinette mitts: 18 sts and 28 rows = 4 inches in stockinette on larger needles SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS neckwarmer: 15.5(18) inches in circumference, buttoned (washed and blocked) mitts: 5.5(6.5) inches in circumference to fits hands measuring up to 7(8) inches around SUGGESTED YARN 180 yards of Worsted weight PREFERRED BRAND/YARN Malabrigo Worsted
