I am proud that I committed and completed this project! The birdcage wires were quite tedious to paint, so I was tempted to abort within the first 2 bars.. but I stuck it out! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Use a heavy or high # drawing pencil to trace the template. A #2 pencil is too light to shop up on the burlap. A marker could also work if it matches your paint colors.
