Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. just chocolate! What are you most proud of? I love working with chocolate and I find it exciting and satisfying to transform it into something beautiful and elegant as well a delicious. I'm very proud of the thin, almost transparent, raggedy edge and the feeling of movement in the arrangement of the ruffle. I love that the ruffle is made with pure bittersweet chocolate, nothing added. Like they say, it's all in the wrist! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Believe in yourself, watch me carefully, and give yourself time to practice.
