Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Used materials according to recipe What are you most proud of? I'm proud that I was able to make my loaf and rolls. I've tried the same recipe before and made sandwich rounds, but this time the loaf seemed a little more intimidating because of its mass. I'm pleased that it turned out delicious and happy I was able to have my daughter (4yr.) enjoy it with me. What advice would you give someone starting this project? I started this project in the morning on a day where I had planned to be home and did some household chores and cleaning throughout the day. it made the whole process go by a lot quicker and it seemed to work perfectly with everything I was doing today. I also made sure to have all my materials and tools together before I started. I just threw my kitchen aid bowl right on the scale and zeroed it out every time i threw something in. It made it into a one bowl recipe and the clean up was much easier. For the second batch i just threw the ingredients in, letting the scale do the measuring. This way i didn't end up with a bunch of extra measuring cups and spoons. I was able to do this however, because I had an idea of how much it would be from the previous batch.
