I created a 4 layer vanilla bean cake filled and iced with green butter cream. I poured chocolate ganache over the top to create the chocolate waterfall effect. I made the illusion by pipping out melted chocolate in a water fall shape off of a standard chocolate bar. Once it set i used a knife to make a gap and inserted the illusion. To decorate the cake i used an excess of bright candy, chocolates and melted candy cane shards to bring a whimsical feel to the cake and finished it off with touches of gold luster dust and a golden 6.
