The overall shape and smoothness of the cake itself. There is quite a bit going on in this design, so the last thing I wanted was bumps and bubbles in the fondant. This fool proof method is amazing. Thanks again Jessica! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take your time and be patient. Molding chocolate is very forgiving. Have fun with what you are doing.
