Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake 6" and 8" tiers of chocolate mocha sour cream cake, classic american buttercream filling, dark chocolate ganache crumb coat, and homemade marshmallow fondant. What are you most proud of? I am most proud of the color palette... I searched for a paint palette that I liked, then mixed my icing colors to come up with the perfect shades. So the colors are all custom made. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Plan it all out ahead of time. The toppers need time to dry.
