Project

Villahuopa

What are you most proud of? technically this is one of my "cleanest" projects. It delights me to no end that i felt joined all the ends so there were no overlaps of yarn! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure that when using knitting yarns in weaving, you use a warp yarn that can stand being put under tension. A strong yarn with not very much twist and lots of lanolin still in the fiber usually does well. It will bloom and soften when washing. Bartlett yarns worked very well for this purpose!
