Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Thread-Catcher/Pincushion Link to website or photo http://www.craftsy.com/pattern/sewing/other/thread-catcher-pincushion/8054 What are you most proud of? It's handy and portable! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Use a pincushion filler that has a bit of weight to it (rice, silica sand). A little bit of shelf liner keeps the pincushion in place.

FYI idea I added a ziplock bag to inside of my catcher and it's much easier to empty when threads are in it. One I made I didn't use ziplock and found threads quite often didn't come out easily hence ziplock when in doubt is my saying plus with ziplock i can throw my pins and snips inside to travel with and they don't get lost

Great idea, val!
