What are you most proud of? The fit is what makes me smile about this tee. I just can't believe how well I mimicked the fit of the JCP tee I used as my pre-existing garment. What advice would you give someone starting this project? This is my first rub off project to date and I'm so glad I chose to do a t-shirt as my first. Knits are forgiving in the sense they will stretch when they need to. Yes, I know quite well knits can be fiddly at times (with choosing the right tension for your sewing machine and learning how to handle a stretchy material), but once you try it one time you wouldn't believe the knowledge you will gain from the experience. Really, you only need to work with knits once to figure out how your sewing machine or serger responds to this type of fabric. A t-shirt is such a staple, too, so it is well worth learning!
