Peasant Dresses

Project Description

What was your source for this sewing project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Marilyn's Slim Fit Peasant Dress and Top Link to website or photo www.pages01.net/fabriccom/CKDLMarilynsSlimFitPeasantDressandTop/?cm_re=category-_-crhdqtr-_-Free%20DL%20CK%20Peasant%20Dress What are you most proud of? I love this pattern, so much fun to mix up the fabrics. I had just enough of the pips fabric left to make the little dress with the blue ruffle. I made a quilt for her out of the same fabric and had some 10 inch layer cake squares left in blue, so I cut them in half and stitched them together to make the ruffle. What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you have little ones, this takes no time at all to whip up and you can have big ruffle, soft ruffle, no ruffle...what ever you want.

What you will need

  • various cottons.
