I also came up with a simple technique for making 1/2" Double-Fold bias tape. It's easier that what I've found on the web. My students loved the Goody Hair Clips (rather than pins) at the Dollar Store! Plus, gotta love the twist lock! What advice would you give someone starting this project? There are a lot of steps - it's easy, but a lot to get through. Working with Iron-on Vinyl is quite simple, so don't be intimidated by it. And don't be scared by the zipper; just go slowly. In the next few months, I'll have my website up and running and will be selling this pattern. If you are interested in the pattern, become a Sew You Can Fiber Arts Center fan on Facebook.
