Q&A with OuttaMyGourd

PSCD asked:
OuttaMyGourd answered:
Thank you! I am rather anxious to finish it. A little intimidated by the binding...
trewlytwisted asked:
Very pretty! Bet you cant wait to finish! Is the design on the back machine embroidery or??? It goes great!
OuttaMyGourd answered:
Well, I am actually a "machine embroider" by trade, and although I could have embroidered this by hand, I did not. I decided to see if it was possible to combine both of my "loves" in this project! But I almost feel guilty doing it...
I am quilter asked:
you are doing a great job on the beading!!!
OuttaMyGourd answered:
Thank You, that was the fun part. Although I got a little carried away doing it...

OuttaMyGourd answered:
Thanks so much! You must tell me how you came about the name of "Kitchen Cat" someday...perhaps it is just the Cat's Kitchen!?
workshop mice asked:
YOU are intimidated by the binding? LOL! After that amazing beading?
OuttaMyGourd answered:
Why Yes, Yes I am. The beading really is the fun part. And, I cut out that binding the other day! It seems incredibly l-o-n-g! So, I just sort of "growl" at it when I walk by...I hope to intimidate it so perhaps it will behave when it comes time to stitch!
