Q&A with Amy Alan

crochet4fun asked:
this is absolutely FABULOUS! Would love to see a full length photo! Amazing work! Did I mention it's FABULOUS? :)
Amy Alan answered:
Thank you so much crochet4fun! It was really fun to make. The full-length photo I have was too long to put on Craftsy, but you can see a full-length photo on my blog, at http://www.reallyhandmade.com/sewing/a-classic-vintage-overlay/
Scheri Manson asked:
Absolutely beautiful. Can you post a full picture.
Amy Alan answered:
I will do my best to- Craftsy told me it was too long to fit properly on this forum, but I'll see if I can crop it. And also, thanks! :)
CraftyEmerald asked:
I agree. A full pic would be awesome!
Amy Alan answered:
I figured it out- finally! Took a little Photoshop, but a full pic is now posted. :)
Scheri Manson asked:
Absolutely beautiful. What a great way to take a little black dress over the top. Just slip on this overlay.
Amy Alan answered:
Thanks, Scheri! She wore it over her wedding dress that I remade into a 1960's style cocktail dress. It was incredible!
Scheri Manson asked:
Look forward to taking your class...all signed up last night. Just working on a knit wrap dress that I am making by using two patterns. FrankenPattern. LOL
Amy Alan answered:
Haha! FrankenPattern could be a great halloween costume for a seamstress! I'm sure it will be beautiful- thanks for signing up! :)
