50s style dress

What was your source for this sewing project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Short Dress Link to website or photo www.lekala.co/short-dress.html What are you most proud of? That I have finally found a dress pattern that looks nice even though I have a c-section apron and a butt that has it's own gravitational orbit. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Measure firmly when giving details.

Q&A with AmieFoster

dawn1959 asked:
i am so happy someone finally has "got it" about us all not being cindy crawford ...you look beautiful in this hope you intend to make more!
AmieFoster answered:
Thanks :D yes I definitely intend to make more. Thinking maybe 5-8 will be almost enough ;) hehe
cherylmae asked:
and I really didn't mean that in a rude way, as I am more plus than you by a long shot
AmieFoster answered:
All good! To me, 'fat' or 'plus size' is a descriptor... Same as 'tall' or 'brown hair'. I struggle with finding patterns that look good *and* can be tailored which is why I love Lekala!
