PATTERN DETAILS

Taylor Unisex Bag is a fun and easy sew. The pattern flows freely and is easy to understand with text and diagrams for all the steps. Taylor is my first pattern and is named after my eldest granddaughter. I wanted to make a simple messenger style cross body bag that could be used by girls, boys, men and women. It is a great bag that can be altered with piping, different fabric choices and extra pockets. It includes one exterior zipped pocket, one exterior slip pocket with a magnetic snap and an adjustable strap. The flap also has a magnetic snap. Share your bags you make from the Taylor Unisex Bag pattern to the Huff 'n Cuffs patterns group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/HuffnCuffsPatterns/ SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Height 10 1/2 inch, Width 9 inch and Depth 3 inch

Hi and Welcome to my Craftsy store, My name is Katherine. I learnt to sew as a young girl in school and while watching my mother sew on the weekends. In 2014 I discovered bag making and fell in love, passionately. It is all I could think about. I had just completed my Bachelor of Commerce after raising four daughters, and wasn't that interested in entering the corporate world. My brain not only works well with numbers, but it never stops being creative. This is how Huff 'n Cuffs was born. My granddaughter named the business Huff ‘n Cuffs when she was four years old, it was her way of saying Arts and Crafts. I invested in an industrial sewing machine and changed the spare room into my studio. I started making bags from other designers and learnt some amazing skills and new techniques, but I knew this wasn’t enough. My mind wanted to create. So now I am onto the next chapter of my life, making bag patterns.
