The easy to make small pouch is a fabulous way to present a gift card for that someone special. Handy for carrying business cards, credit cards, and store reward cards, as well. Large pouch fits a CD or DVD perfectly, making it the ideal wrapping for a gift. Create a large pouch with elegant fabrics and shimmering threads for a one-of-a-kind evening bag. This easy, fun project is a great way to use up fat quarters or to mix and match scraps and leftover fabrics from other projects. Experiment with fancy threads, decorative stitching, adding trims or ribbons to make this project uniquely your own. Two fat quarters will create 3 pouches, Two small and one large! SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 7" x 5 1/2" (large pouch) 4 1/2" x 3 1/4" (small pouch, makes 2)

  • 2 fat quarters - 18" x 20" - makes three pouches, 1 piece thin cotton batting or flannel - 18" x 16", Button- one per pouch, Decorative threads - shiny rayon, poly, metallic, variegated, colorful embroidery threads, etc.
