This pattern is probably our most popular quick project (next to making a book mark!). Not only is it "super" easy, but it makes something very practical and useful. It's quite possible you already have what you need on hand to complete this quickie. Pull out those fabric scraps you couldn't bear to part with and make some cute wallets today! You might be asking, "What would you use this for? It's a bit too small to be my wallet". Well, the kids like to make them for their friends and family. They make excellent birthday gifts/year end teacher gifts etc.. as they are spacious enough inside to fit a gift card or cash. Moms can use one to hold business cards and perhaps another for coupons (all those JoAnn coupons need a designated spot in your purse, right?). This sewing pattern contains detailed sewing instructions suitable for use by seamstresses ages 6 and older. This is a quick project and can be finished in one hour or less. All our patterns are rated Easy, Pro and Daredevil. This pattern is rated "Easy" level because there is simple straight seams to sew and only has one pattern piece. This pattern contains 5 pages and is in pdf format. It has meticuous step-by-step instructions, the pattern piece and large colored photos containing directional arrows. It is written in sewing lingo anyone young or old can understand. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Basic sewing machine skills SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 5" wide x 4" long

Hi, My name is Karen and I teach kids to sew. My in-home sewing school is a busy one filled with adorable children of all ages and abilitites. One never tires of the smiles and joy experienced when a student finishes a project they sewed on their own. Such a rewarding job! One challenge I face is finding patterns written in lingo kids can follow. So, I developed Little Stitchers' Pattern Co. to solve our problem. When I'm not teaching, I'm designing and writing patterns we can use in class. They are loaded with color photographs, detailed step-by-step instructions and pattern pieces. Each pattern is kid-tested and stamp approved. Thanks for continuing to read this & hope you enjoy our patterns!
