PATTERN DETAILS

Pavlova Wrap Top: "Ballet style wrap top in jersey ties at the natural waist while the back tucks into the skirt as a 'muffin cover.' The top is cut all in one piece with the sleeves, which may be cut longer or shorter." This pattern is the granddaughter of Advance 7700, a clever wrap top pattern from the 1950's. It is suitable for most non-bulky jersey fabrics, as well as lightweight wovens. Make the top with ties to match your waist measurement for a full-wrap. Make the ties shorter to wrap it at the back. Leave the ties off altogether and hem the front opening for a draped cardigan style. This is also suitable for sweater weight knits. 45 pages, suitable for A4 or US Letter size. 8 pages of instructions, 37 pages of pattern, complete with a tiling guide. Print page 1 of the pattern sheet first to check scaling. (choose 100% scaling when printing pattern sheet) BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY basic sewing and sewing machine knowledge ability to follow written instructions experience sewing with knits is helpful but not compulsory SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 35" (88.9cm) full bust 40" (101.6cm) full bust 45" (114.3cm) full bust due to the nature of wrap tops, the sizing is very flexible.
