I love owls and this pattern began as a bit of fun several years ago. I liked Ollie so much that I tweaked and adapted him until the pattern become what it is today. The pattern has been tried and tested by many people who also loved making him. It is amazing how unique each owl turns out and how many end up being named. One friend liked him so much she had to make him a friend. I hope you enjoy making Ollie as much as I have. All my patterns have clear, easy to follow instructions with colour photos at every step. I have loved making things for as long as I can remember, often the messier the better. My grandma passed on to me her love of sewing and I now wish to pass that on to a generation, who hasn't grown up being taught to sew. My pattern designs often start out as gifts for friends and family. They are then tweaked and tested out by friends until I am sure that are clear enough to pass on. I hope that you get as much pleasure from using my designs as I did from creating them.
