Every girl I know loves to twirl. The Christina Patchwork Skirt is designed with extra 'twirl power'. It uses patches of 8 prints for each tier. Although I start off with giving a specific number of prints to use for each skirt, you're certainly not limited to those. Each skirt can give you the chance to use as many or as few prints as you want. I love to use my remnants and scraps from previous sewing projects to create truly one of a kind skirts with no 2 pieces of the same print. The e-book includes: * 10 pages of instructions to make skirts in sizes 2 to 16 Materials you'll need: Fabric: * Woven 'quilters' cotton or similar weight: yardage varies depending on the skirt size and style as well as the number of prints used Notions: * Thread * 3/4" elastic cut to length for waist Equipment you'll need: Sewing machine, scissors, ruler or measuring tape, iron and ironing board, straight pins Recommended equipment: Serger ------------------------------------------------- Terms of use and copyright ------------------------------------------------- Copyright Funktional Threads 2013 The information and patterns in this e-book may be used for personal sewing or small scale commercial purposes in limited quantities. The book itself and any information within it may not be reproduced in any form and is protected by US and International copyright laws.
