These shoes are soft and sweet! They keep their shape very well. They are easy to make - even for beginners! Wool felt was used for the lining of the sample shoes. Cotton fabric was used for the outside of the sample shoes. You can also use denim, linen, etc. The ribbons tie around the ankles so they stay securely on baby's feet. Satin or grosgrain ribbon can be used for the criss-cross straps - you can use one type of ribbon for the straps or two different types of ribbons like the sample shoes. This PDF e-pattern includes full size patterns, a materials list, instructions written in English, and step-by-step color photographs. Optional instructions are given to put a non-skid sole on shoes for babies that are walking. Copyrights protect this pattern from being reproduced in any media format to be resold.
