PATTERN DETAILS

Remember those ol' pinafore dresses from the 60s? This art smock is vintage inspired by them. It is so EASY to make and will create lots of messy fun for your little one right where you want it: away from their clothes and on the art smock! This can be sized to fit 12 months and up. This art smock can be personalized for boys and girls with so many fun colorful choices! I have included 3 different types of fabric options to make an affordable cute art smock that any little one would be proud to create in. This is a fast sewing pattern so if you need to make multiples, they come together quickly. You could even sew one for an artist themed birthday party and give one to each guest. The possibilities are endless! Like with all my patterns, does NOT require a serger or other fancy machine The Art Smock Pattern is 24 pages with TONS of pictures and includes patterns for you to print out and use. So even the most beginner sewer can handle this pattern. Have fun with this pattern and add pockets, crayon/pencil holders, monogramming or maybe even some flowers or ruffles.

I am a wife, mother of 3 kiddos, avid blogger and a creative junkie. I enjoy finding something I am passionate about and creating fun things out of it. I learned to sew from my mom who is one of the best seamstresses I know. She taught me to be thorough and do my best to make something perfect. We all know that nothing can be totally perfect though and that is why handmade items are unique. They each have a personality of their own and that is what makes them even more special. I love to make others happy and add a little flair to their life too. That is why I started making patterns. I hope you enjoy them. Happy Sewing!!
