This tutorial shares how to create a doll sized Edwardian hat beginning with hat construction clear through the final embellishment. You can adapt these techniques to create larger hats as desired oonce you understand the basic concepts, but the Edwardian fashion of wearing large overly embellished hats is saddly for days of yore and mostly little girls and dolls and dress up tea parties in the garden and... what can you think of? Judy was the editor/ owner of The Association For People Who Play With Dolls newsletter for four years until health issues prevented her from continuing.
