PATTERN DETAILS

This 2015 pattern is for a padded, book style, case for large ebook readers and many tablets. I provide three sets of patterns to cover all the devices listed below: iPads, iPad Airs, Vizio, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1; iRex Digital Reader; Acer Iconia Tab wi-fi; Sony SGPT111US/S wi-fi; Motorola Xoom Wi-Fi Tablet; Kindle DX, Microsoft Surface Pro, and even more! This case is set apart as different from other patterns as it provides: *an expandable back pocket--I put this on the outside of the case so that it would not harm the screen of your device and it is large enough for cords/headsets, credit cards, etc. * an inside fleece pocket--designed to have only soft fleece against your device screen when case is closed. You can also slip your device inside the fleece pocket when not reading it. This protects the screen from scratches and helps to keep it clean. * if you would like the case to be machine washable, I give you instructions on what materials to use instead of heavy cardboard BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Sew a straight line. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Pattern #1 fits iPad 1, 2, 3, 4 or devices measuring 7" x 8.5" up to 8.15" x 9.5" Pattern #2 fits iPad Air 1,2 or devices measuring 9.4" x 6.6" up to 9.5" x 7.25" Pattern #3 fits devices measuring 9" x 7" up to 9.2" x 7.3" Pattern #4 fits devices measuring 6.7" x 10.2" up to 7.4" x 10.5" Pattern #5 fits devices measuring 7.5" x 11.5" and even more

I love to make things that I like to use, so I have a wide variety of patterns as a result of that. I have sewn for more years than I care to admit to...let's just say, for decades. I enjoy making patterns and sharing them with others. I try very hard to make them as easy to understand as I can. It is my hope that this is a way of helping others make things they like to use too. Please contact me if you have any questions about your pattern, I am happy to help. Thank you!
