Pattern Details

This baby bib is designed for the modern baby that demands a touch of chic in their accessories. Our "In Fine Feather" baby bib pattern will help you make a bib that is fun and functional. It is a double layer bib which allows you to use a great cotton print on the front and a soft back fabric such as Chennille, Minky, terry, or flannel. It is also a Fat Quarter friendly project making your fabric choices practically limitless! We sized the bird so that snaps or fabric could be used for it's eyes. This appliqued baby bib is a great project for either a beginning or veteran seamstress. The pattern is detailed with many color pictures. It contains a materials list, a template for the baby bib, and a template for the bird. The bird template has a complete picture up for reference and all the parts broken and reversed to make tracing on the applique film easier. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY A basic knowledge of sewing is all you will need for this great pattern! SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Approx. 11" 1/2 inches long by 9" wide

Recommended with this pattern

  • 1/3 yard of cotton print fabric for the front of the bib. A Fat Quarter will also work.
  • 1/3 yard of back fabric such as Minky, terry, flannel, fleece, or Chennille.
