Project Description

What are you most proud of? This piece turned out how I envisioned it. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Step out of the box...if it fits under your presser it. Carol's class makes it all clear..."There are no mistakes".

What you will need

  • I couched ribbons
  • flosses
  • yarns
  • twisted fabrics
  • cord from my blinds and anything else I thought would give a ropy look. I mounted it on a wooden frame I designed for the piece to make it 3D then mounted lights inside for a beautiful glow. I mounted the scraps from my Tree on my trim in my kitchen...couldn't throw them away

Q&A with Lindyjoe

Carol Ann Waugh asked:
I'm speechless. What a wonderful work of art. All I can say is "wow". Did you use LED lights inside?
Lindyjoe answered:
Thank you Carol but I have to give you the credit...I would have never stepped out of the box if I hadn't taken your class. I did use led lights...2 puck, battery operated..mounted top and bottom.
