Project

Traditional Dala Horse

What are you most proud of? The wiggle thread art was quit difficult, but I heard Lola's voice which told me "It doesn't matter" and "No one will notice..". I smiled and continued. This was accually a practicepiece. My intention was to practice to paint the horse with a lot of shades as Lola showed. I found the horse good enough to continue with the rest. Yes, I did it backwards. "I didn't care - who will notice?" Oops! I told you! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make it the right way. You can accidently smudge out the colors when you are quilting the piece.
