What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be patient, the squares can be tedious, but its also relaxing to do while sitting watching TV, and you can do your own design byt changing colours and fabrics.
What you will need
Polystyreen circle. Oddments of Christmas fabrics
and 2 strip of fabric 2" by 42" or ribbon.

I plan to try this pattern. Looks really easy.
It is , hope you enjoy.
I'm looking for a Christmas Wreath for my MILs front door in her apartment building... this definitely made the short list! I'm probably going to go with this one!!
Please let me know how it goes.

Looks very nice, since it is only april now, maybe I will get to it before next christmas...
It doesnt take too long to make. Its a good idea tho to start folding your bits of fabric ready to assemble. Enjoy.
I just made this today it was way cool and super easy I lacked the polystyreen circle and recycled an old latch hook mesh canvas for my backing I hand sewed the scraps in place starting from outside circle to the inner circle I threaded kabob skewers through the finished wreath to prevent warping as it hangs topped off with a ribbon and vola ...thank you it was fun and so easy love this .
So glad you could adjust to your needs. Its a great way of using up your scrappy pieces.
