Pat's USMC quilt

What are you most proud of? That I finally finished it! I broke my finger after I had it pieced, and it took a long time to get back to it to finish it! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Play around with the design a little bit to find a combination of squares that you like. I use graph paper and colored pencils to get a good idea. You can even take pictures of the bandanas and print them out (very small) to play with the design.

You Can Make This

Beth O. made Pat's USMC quilt with:

  • Bandanas were used for the center and corner blocks. The pieced blocks were made with standard quilter's solids. It is machine pieced and machine quilted.
