Oct blocks in B,W&R

What are you most proud of? Getting through this month's blocks. They gave me fits. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Pay attention to every detail in the video and the written materials. Check out the Class Questions too. Gather as much info as you can before beginning this project. I did all this and still had trouble! Paper piecing is not for me.

Q&A with NanaJeanFL

Gog asked:
Love the fussy cut centre - so effective, your blocks look great.
NanaJeanFL answered:
Thanks very much Gog. Love your blocks! Look forward to seeing your finished quilt.
Surfside6 asked:
These came out really well, Jean
NanaJeanFL answered:
Thanks Surfside6 - I don't know how it happened but my "following" you got lost. I just saw your stack & whack blocks. They're fantastic and they look like they take a lot less work (sewing wise). Will have to give them a try.
Darns asked:
These are wonderful! Love the center - great job!
NanaJeanFL answered:
Thanks Darns. Much like the hexis I didn't care for the process but I really like the result!
Caroling Carol asked:
