Q&A with Kellieann

lorri bak asked:
what are these?
Kellieann answered:
yup ornaments
RPowell asked:
Love the little Christmas trees. Are they made from just one large half-circle and then folded or are they made from a couple? I LOVE, LOVE these as Christmas ornaments. Thanks for sharing!
Kellieann answered:
they are 2 half circles. Berthed and folded. sew the ribbon on for the hanger and put bling on where
laverne asked:
What does berthed mean? Do you sew the 2 half circles together and then eye up the folds? Are the folds sewn , or just pressed? Thanks. Now I need to get ready for Christmas brunch! Merry Christmas everyone!
Kellieann answered:
Yes, sew right sides together, leave an opening, turn and there you have it. Merry Christmas, enjoy your brunch.
knit2p2 asked:
Are the directions all in one place somewhere? knit2p2
Kellieann answered:
I adapted the napkin pattern that is out there. I think if you google quilted napkins using 1/2 circle you could find some similar, just scale it down.
Leslie T asked:
Very cute - I'm betting you can make a bigger size to use as napkins??
Kellieann answered:
yes, that is the pattern I adapted this from. happy stitching! I also made lapel pins too.
