Looking Westward from Backbone Ridge

What are you most proud of? Adding the tree silhouette. It highlights the sun setting. What advice would you give someone starting this project? I chose a heavy decorative stitch for a row of metallic thread - it is too much for the project. My advise would be to go lightly on the metallic thread.

Thank you. Last night I finished the border (black) and added grey-green hand stitching on the tree. It added another dimension.
