Q&A with Jackie Kunkel

sarahhelene asked:
LOVELY, truly lovely bedquilt, Jackie, befitting of your excellent sense of color and design! Your creative diamond motif of 34 vertical rows of purple alternating with 3 rows of turquoise -- surrounded by alternating larger/wider vertical rows of patterned diamonds in similar hues of purples, hot pinks & blues is unique. I like the lavender background and the fact that you used triangles in the border trim. I'd LOVE this cover on my bed, Jackie!
Jackie Kunkel answered:
Thank you so much! I really enjoyed designing this one and using the Australian prints combined with the Kona solids. Can you tell that pink is a favorite color of mine?
