Christmas runner

Project Description

What are you most proud of? This really was a very quick and easy project and. I was able to use up a bunch of scraps from my Christmas stash. When I made these I knew only one free motion quilting stitch - meander, of course. After Cindy Needham's class I'm thinking of going back an filling in most of the white center section with scribbling and trying to make the quilted holly leaves stand out more distinctly. I need to wait to get my sewing machine back from the repair shop first, though, so it won't be this weekend. lol

Thanks, desna. I really do wonder how much difference it will make to have more quilting and I'll be sure to share.

So pretty! Love the holly appliqu and quilted design. Too bad about your sewing machine being in the shop - always hard.
K Lee 2Strings answered:
Thank you so much! Fortunately, I have a great backup machine for all of my straight stitching.
