Project

Angie New York Beauty

Project Description

What are you most proud of? It's a project that I felt was beyond my expertise, but did it anyway. I found it to be fun, challenging, and a quilt that when completed (with the binding which is the green "sample" on the right side of the picture), it will be a quilt that I will display with pride. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Peggy does a great job of guiding you through the project and my best advice is just go for it!

Peggy Martin asked:
Angie, your New York Beauty quilt is wonderful!! The fabrics you selected work together beautifully, and your circle piecing looks fabulous - you did a fantastic job!
Angel66 answered:
Thanks Peggy! This really is the most FUN I've had quilting with great results. My local quilt shop asked me if they could display my first pp project I did for the class (baby quilt) - everyone wants to learn your method (they know if I can do it, they can surely do it!)! Thanks again, Angie
