A camoflage quilt /#17 September BOM

What are you most proud of? I'm proud of all my friends that donated the materials for this quilt. Many of the cotton backing of the blocks were in the car load of donated material from my Lethbridge friends. Barb Roycroft - Camoflage material for the back of the blocks. and cones of thread. Julie Smith - upholstry samples with small rectangle swatches. Judy Grant - placemats with autmn leaves and words. Sharon Harison - Recycled pillow shams. Marge Shenton - Money - purchased green cotton material from Tanel's in Lethbridge. Ike Isaacson - green mesh used to repair tent windows. Cowley church - small scraps of animal images on flannel aplicaed on. Janet Costa - leather scraps left from a bird house project several years ago. Giveing keeps on giving.

  • I used: - #17 chain block pattern September block of the Month - Many of the cotton backing of the blocks were in the car load of donated material from my Lethbridge friends. - I used my Hand dyed material in green tones.
  • One of my "BOM buddies" made into a secret pocket. - I used a lot of my skill at Free Motion Machine quilting
  • aplica and imagination. I also used 1/2 a cone of thread
