I love Jane Austen. I am currently reading a book that is set in the Regency Era. As I was also in Derbyshire not too long ago, standing on the rocks of Stanage Edge, my mind easily drifted toward the scene of Ms. Elizabeth Bennet standing there in the film version. This Pinwheel Flower block was inspired by that. This is a new twist on the traditional pinwheel quilt pattern. Pinwheel Flower quilt pattern makes a 12" x 12" pinwheel quilt block or a flower quilt block. You can make one block to make a wall hanging, table runner, pillow or a bag. You can also make multiple blocks to make a wall hanging or a quilt. The pattern for this paper pieced quilt block is made and tested by me. It is clearly numbered. A diagram is also provided in the pattern. The finished block measures 12 inch x 12 inch. Basic instructions for paper piecing are not included in the pattern.
