Thank you! If you have this pattern it means that you liked it enough to want to make it yourself. The story behind this quilt lies with my son Elliot who turned 18 in 2010, He loves music and learnt to play Saxophone all through his high school years but the last year decided to switch to guitar (bass electric guitar!). I thought guitars would be easier to turn into a pattern than saxophones! Anyway I hope you enjoy the process and the sky is the limit to how it turns out. I had never made a quilt before, therefore I didn't know how much fabric to buy. I bought too much and I am still using it by making tote bags and it is being incorporated into pictorial quilts etc. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY You should be familiar with quilting. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Finished measurements: 81" x117" This would be ideal for a King Single

I have always been interested in 'doing' something. When I was little I received a toy sewing machine with a winding handle. It only sewed chain stitch but I made lots of teddy clothes with it. I still have it! I have made a few garden beds out in the back yard - I love to grow Vegetables. Especially from seeds. My biggest problem is birds. I love to cook, sew and garden, I also read quite a bit. Sewing, cooking, reading, gardening is so much better than HOUSEWORK!
